Thanks to your support, Bridge Communities is evolving to meet our community's changing needs through innovative programming that improves the experiences of our client families.

     Intake & Housing

95 families provided with housing

99 adults and 184 children

65% of children were under the age of 12

87% identified as persons of color

37 new families entered the program


      Employment & Adult Education

56 clients received one-on-one employment counseling

20 attended "4 Weeks to Success: Getting Hired, Retained, and Promoted" workshops

43 secured full-time jobs

31 adults worked towards vocational certificates and post-secondary degrees


 

      Children's Program

151 children and youth received home visits

60 received personal tutoring, totaling 570 hours

100% of exiting parents surveyed agreed their ability to advocate for their children improved


      Family Wellness

22 families participated in the Garden Works program

18 families attended our nutrition workshops

94% of families surveyed felt safe in and around their apartments

97% of families surveyed would recommend Bridge Communities to friends or family
