On Sleep Out Saturday (November 1st), hundreds of children, teens and adults will spend the night sleeping outside in tents, boxes, and cars or doubled up inside their homes without a bed to call their own, all to raise awareness about family homelessness and funds for Bridge Communities' Transitional Housing Program.

Your support has the power to change lives! With your help, Bridge Communities will transition over 100 families to self-sufficiency by working with community partners to provide mentoring, housing, and supportive services. Please give today to demonstrate your commitment to helping families facing homelessness build a bridge to a brighter future!

A personal message from Kelly Mannion

I believe that everyone deserves a safe and stable place to live. In this current economy, finding that stability can often be a challenge due to the costs of living in this area. Bridge Communities has programming to allows families the time and the structure needed to be able to make significant progress towards financial independence, all while having a safe place to live.

Your contribution will allow this program to continue to provide this support to families. Not only are they provided an apartment to stay in, there are many components in place to support them - case management, mentors, an employment/education team, a children's team to focus on the needs of the kids in the family, a wellness team.

Sincerely,
Kelly Mannion
