On Sleep Out Saturday (November 1st), hundreds of children, teens and adults will spend the night sleeping outside in tents, boxes, and cars or doubled up inside their homes without a bed to call their own, all to raise awareness about family homelessness and funds for Bridge Communities' Transitional Housing Program.
Your support has the power to change lives! With your help, Bridge Communities will transition over 100 families to self-sufficiency by working with community partners to provide mentoring, housing, and supportive services. Please give today to demonstrate your commitment to helping families facing homelessness build a bridge to a brighter future!

Give with confidence Nearly 90% of your donation will benefit the families in our transitional housing program.
I’m joining others in our community for Sleep Out Saturday in support of Bridge Communities — an incredible organization helping families in DuPage County transition from homelessness to stability and independence.
Spending one night outside is just a small glimpse into the challenges many families face daily. It’s a reminder of the importance of safe, stable housing — and the power of community when we come together to make a difference.
Every donation helps provide housing, mentoring, and resources for families working toward a brighter future. If you’d like to support the cause or learn more about Bridge Communities’ mission, I’d love to tell you more.
Sincerely, Veronica Horton
