On November 5th more than 1,000 children, teens and adults will spend the night sleeping outside in tents, boxes, or cars or doubled up inside their homes without a bed to call their own, all to raise awareness about family homelessness and funds for Bridge Communities' Transitional Housing Program.
Your help is needed now more than ever. With your help, Bridge Communities will transition over 100 families to self-sufficiency by working with community partners to provide mentoring, housing, and supportive services. Please give to demonstrate your commitment to helping homeless families build a bridge to a brighter future!

A personal message from Molly Colford Howieson
For many years I have chosen a picture of my grandchildren on my Sleep Out Saturday page. This year I am featuring my youngest daughter Cassia and her husband Vince who are expecting their first child, due in 8 weeks. My daughter has only known one home until she began her life with Vince. As a child, she never had to think about where she would be sleeping at each night. Grandma's? Mom's Friend? Tent or the family car? Yet children in our community will wake up tomorrow and not know where they will be sleeping. For 35 years Bridge has been there for at risk/homeless families. My goal is to raise the fair market rent of a two bedroom for one month. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Molly Colford Howieson
