  • Amy Van Polen Appointed as Bridge Communities CEO

    We are very pleased to announce that Amy Van Polen, CFRE, has been newly appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bridge Communities. For the last 16 years, Amy has served Bridge Communities in a variety of positions where she has steered program development, funding and endowment campaigns, marketing and outreach, strategic planning and staff development.

  • Connections, the Bridge Communities Newsletter

    At the start of the pandemic, Valencia and her son spent months moving from house to house, doubling or tripling up with friends and family, living paycheck to paycheck.

    She just needed a couple of months to build up her savings and plan her next steps forward. However, Valencia could not find the stable housing her family needed.
