A personal message from First United Methodist Church

The First United Methodist Church Youth Group is excited to be participating in Bridge Communities Sleep Out Saturday event again this year. Our group has participated 11 years in a row and every year we continue to increase our own awareness about the problem of homelessness in our own community. This year we hope to be able to share our past experiences with our congregation and family members to help them understand this issue and encourage people to support Bridge Communities. We are proud to be associated with Bridge and their mission to help homeless families get back on their feet to live self-sufficient lives. We hope that you can add your support through a financial contribution or by joining us as we sleep out on our church lawn on Saturday, November 4th to raise awareness about homelessness in Du Page County.
