A personal message from Elmhurst FUMC Youth Group
The Elmhurst First United Methodist Church Youth Group has been sleeping out on our church lawn for SOS for the last ten years. The group has learned a lot about homelessness and about caring for our homeless neighbors. Every year we are reminded how difficult the lives of homeless families are and we are so happy to be able to participate in Sleep Out Saturday to benefit such an amazing, crucial organization like Bridge Communities. Bridge offers these families a hand up and gives them the support and tools they need to find and sustain independent living. We support Bridge and their efforts to truly change people's lives
