On November 7th more than 1,000 children, teens and adults will spend the night sleeping outside in tents, boxes, or cars or doubled up inside their homes without a bed to call their own, all to raise awareness about family homelessness and funds for Bridge Communities' Transitional Housing Program.

Your help is needed now more than ever. With your help, Bridge Communities will transition over 100 families to self-sufficiency by working with community partners to provide mentoring, housing, and supportive services. A personal message from Yema

Having had experience being on the other side of organizations like Bridge Communities; we want to help and are asking you to help us do that. Can you help by providing 1 night of housing? Just $35 dollars for a night of housing is all it takes.

Did you know that nearly 2,000 homeless kids attend schools in DuPage County? These kids have all the hopes and dreams as all kids and that without the stability of home they have little chance of reaching their dreams.

People become homeless for many different reasons, and have different obstacles to overcome, and different dreams for their future.

Bridge Communities is a dynamic, grassroots, non-profit organization committed to transforming the lives of homeless families through partnering with talented, resourceful individuals and groups in our community. Our program of housing, mentoring and empowering families focuses on moving them towards a goal of self-sufficiency.

We can help Bridge Communities to provide a path out of homeless for these families and children. You can help a homeless family achieve their dreams.
