Impact

Because of generous donors and Program Partners, Bridge Communities families make a lasting transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency. In fact, from our surveys of 2016 Bridge graduates:

• 100 percent were able to maintain stable housing

• 91 percent were able to maintain stable employment

Thank you!

Due to your generosity, Bridge Communities families break the cycle of homelessness and live healthy, stable lives.
