Make a gift to help a homeless family

Your family has the opportunity to bring some holiday joy to a homeless family served by Bridge Communities.

Consider adopting a homeless family that is in Bridge Communities' Transitional Housing Program. When you make a donation, Bridge will provide a gift card(s) to a Bridge mom so that she can shop for her family's holiday needs.

You can also purchase a gift card to Target, Kohl's, Wal-Mart or grocery chain store and mail it to:
