On November 5th more than 1,000 children, teens and adults will spend the night sleeping outside in tents, boxes, or cars or doubled up inside their homes without a bed to call their own, all to raise awareness about family homelessness and funds for Bridge Communities' Transitional Housing Program.

With your help, Bridge Communities will transition over 100 families to self-sufficiency by working with community partners to provide mentoring, housing, and supportive services. A personal message from Camp Fire

This is the 8th year since 2007 that our club has participated in this event and it has been a great learning opportunity for all of us. It has been VERY cold and uncomfortable at past events – we even had some snow once – and we have developed a much greater empathy for the homeless over the years. Thank you for joining in the SOS movement to provide homes and hope for homeless families in DuPage County AND to help us further Camp Fire's purpose.
