A personal message from Alicia Rasnic
Bridge Communities is an organization I became involved with several years ago. Sleep Out Saturday is our largest annual fundraising project. My goal is to raise $1000 to help the homeless in Du Page county. Most of the homeless are children and their single parent. They are all just looking for a way to become independent and have productive lives. When we sleep out, we get to go into our homes the next morning, have a cup of coffee, take and shower and have breakfast. The one thing to remember is the homeless don't have this luxury. We may be stiff and sore for a day or so, but we go on with our lives. Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
Alicia Rasnic
