Bridge Communities Transitional
Housing Program

The Bridge Communities Transitional Housing Program provides housing and a stable, supportive environment for homeless families who are working on improving or developing the skills necessary to live independently.

Bridge Communities partners with local churches and community organizations which provide volunteer mentors and essential financial support.

The strength of the Bridge Program is in the positive relationship which develops between the mentors and the families they are supporting.

Application Process

Before a homeless family is accepted into the Bridge Transitional Housing Program, the following steps must be taken:

1. Complete a telephone intake.
2. Complete an in-person interview.
3. Complete an in-person meeting with the sponsoring church or group for their final decision regarding entry into the Program.
