Program Partners

Bridge Communities works in partnership with local churches and community groups in providing transitional housing to homeless families in DuPage County. By working together, Bridge and its Program Partners can provide a comprehensive program to those we serve.

Our Program Partners provide:

1. Volunteer Mentors: the "heart" of our model of transitional housing. Trained volunteer mentors meet on an ongoing, regular basis with the families and help them develop the life skills to achieve and maintain their self-sufficiency.
2. Financial Support: provide the essential financial support to cover the costs of renting an apartment and associated services.
3. Housing Resources: supply furniture and household items for client family, if needed.
